The OTSC Twin Grasper is one of the OTSC application aids and facilitates the approximation of gaping edges of a lesion before release of the OTSC clip. The OTSC Twin Grasper is accessible in flexible shaft length 165 cm and 220 cm. It has two jaws which can be opened independently.
It will target the lesion and approximation of the applicator cap and the target tissue. Opening of one branch and grasping one edge of the lesion. Opening the other branch and manovering the grasper to the other edge of the lesion and grasping this edge. It was retracting the branches of the OTSC Twin Grasper into the cap. It will release of the clip with hand wheel and process will come to an end.
